Trysilfjell Apartment Eiendom, through the general manager, is the data controller for the personal data processed for the purposes stated below. This means, for example, that it is primarily we who have responsibilities and obligations under the Personal Data Act.
A company that processes data on our behalf is called a data processor. When we use a data processor, we always make sure to have a data processing agreement with them. This agreement regulates how they can process the data they are given access to.

What is registered when you use our website?
Web analytics
We use the statistics tool Google Analytics on our website. The data collected is based on cookie and IP information. Google Analytics sets a first-party cookie for all visitors to the website. Google stores user and event data for 26 months. This period is reset in the event of new activity, for example when the user visits the website again. The data stored does not include user ID.
Other cookie data
The website has tracking code from Facebook (Facebook pixel). The pixel collects 5 types of data. This includes IP address, Facebook’s own cookie and events that the user makes (conversions). The pixel also supports the collection of custom data such as conversion value, in addition to so-called “advanced matching” with email, address and more. Custom data and advanced matching are not enabled on our website.
What is the data used for?
We use personal data for the following purposes:
Compile statistics and understand market trends
Via Google Analytics, we compile anonymous statistics that help us understand how the website is used. An example of such statistics could be information about which pages are most visited, where users come from and at what times the pages are most visited.
Target and personalize marketing
We use information from Facebook pixel and Google Analytics to target and personalize ads. If you do not want to receive personalized Facebook ads, you can unsubscribe here, and here for unsubscribing from Google.

In some cases, we share personal data with other companies that perform services on our behalf.
When others perform services on our behalf, or in the event of a suspected breach of the law, information may be disclosed to public authorities upon request. We may also disclose information in the event of suspected fraud, or information that is necessary to clarify specific disputes.
